Plužine Municipality is one of the municipalities of Montenegro. The center is Plužine.
In the Montenegrin independence referendum, 2006, 75.36% of the Municipalities voters chose to stay with Serbia but a national vote of 55.5% meant it became part of the sovereign state of Montenegro.
