This is the discography of American rock singer Phillip Phillips. He won the eleventh season of American Idol. His single "Home" became the highest selling coronation single from the Idol winners in the show's history.[1]
Two compilations of his performances from American Idol were released. The digital album, Phillip Phillips: Journey to the Finale, was released on iTunes after the finale, and American Idol Season 11 Highlights was released in July 2012. His post-Idol debut album, The World from the Side of the Moon, was released on November 19, 2012, and debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 with 169,000 copies sold.[2] It was certified Gold in the US in January 2013 and Platinum in August 2013.
In the U.S., album sales have exceeded over 1.1 million; and single sales have exceeded 6.2 million.
