Phebe Hobson Fowler Architectural Award
The Phebe Hobson Fowler Architectural Award[1] is awarded by the American Society of Civil Engineers for an outstanding contribution to architecture. It was established in 1928 by Charles Evan Fowler and has been presented infrequently.
