Pepe the Bull (Spanish: Pepe El Toro) is a 1953 Mexican sports drama film directed by Ismael Rodríguez and starring Pedro Infante, Evita Muñoz 'Chachita' and Amanda del Llano.[1][2][3] It was the last in a trilogy of films featuring Infante's character who had first appeared in We the Poor (1948). A planned fourth film in the series was cancelled following the actor's death. The film was nominated for three Ariel Awards.[4]
