Paul Jeffreys

Paul Avron Jeffreys (13 February 1952 – 21 December 1988) was an English rock musician and bassist. Jeffreys played bass on the first two albums of Cockney Rebel (1972–74), and later worked with a number of British bands, including Be-Bop Deluxe (1974),[1] Warm Jets (1977-1980) and Electric Eels (1980-1981).[2][3] He died at age 36 along with his wife Rachel Jeffreys (née:Jones) when Pan Am Flight 103 was bombed flying over Lockerbie; the couple were on their way to their honeymoon.[4][5]
