Pandey (Devanagari: पाण्डेय), Pande (पाण्डे वा पाँडे) is a surname found among the Hindu Brahmin communities of India and both Bahun and Chhetri communities of Nepal. Deshpande and other variations of this surname, ending in "-pande", are found in the Deccan region of India.
