Panchayat College is located in Bargarh, western Odisha, India.^[1] The college was inaugurated on 5 July 1960 by Utkal Kesari Dr. Hare Krushna Mahatab,the then chief minister of Odisha. This institute is regarded as an important college of western Odisha. Panchayat College comes under the jurisdiction of Sambalpur University.There are streams like science, arts & commerce in this college. B.ED and IGNOU courses are also available.
