One Broadway Plaza

One Broadway Plaza is a 37-story office tower proposed near downtown Santa Ana, California. The building would be the tallest in Orange County, at 497 feet (151.5 m) tall.[1]

The project survived a voter referendum challenged in April 2005 by the nimbys and was slated for a 2008 opening date. Due to the downturn in the economy the project was put on hold and may not be necessary due to the increase in other projects in orange county.
