Per Ola Markus Lindgren (born 29 February 1964 in Halmstad) is a Swedish handball player who competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics, in the 1992 Summer Olympics, in the 1996 Summer Olympics, and in the 2000 Summer Olympics. He is also the head coach for the Swedish national handball team and IK Kristianstad.
In 1988 he was a member of the Swedish handball team which finished fifth in the Olympic tournament. He played all six matches and scored ten goals.
Four years later he was part of the Swedish team which won the silver medal. He played all seven matches and scored twelve goals.
At the 1996 Games he won his second silver medal with the Swedish team. He played six matches and scored three goals.
His last Olympic appearance was at the Sydney Games in 2000 when he won his third consecutive silver medal with the Swedish team. He played all eight matches and scored four goals.
Between coaching the swedish national team he coach the swedish team IFK Kristianstad which won the last season of swedish Elitserien 2015/2016.
