Nur Mohammad is a Bangladeshi former Inspector General of Bangladesh Police from 29 January 2007 to 31 August 2010.[1][2] His son-in-Law Captain Majharul Hayder died in the BDR Mutiny while his daughter was rescued.[3][4] He was held responsible for torture on university teachers and students during the caretaker government by Fakhruddin Ahmed by a parliamentary probe committee.[5] In 2011 he was the ambassador of Bangladesh to Morocco.[6]
