New Century Plaza, also known as Vanke 68th Shannan Blvd. It is owned by Vanke. It was once an abandoned skycraper until late 2016. The construction started in 1998 and hauted after the owner's bankruptcy. Until summer 2015, Vanke purchased the building and they resumed the construction. It's currently under construction. The construction is expected to compelete by late 2016. It's Chinese name is :万科深南道68号. It features two gold towers. Ever since Vanke owned it, they changed the name : New Century Plaza to Vanke 68th Shannan Blvd, which now it's currently name.
