Negin Kianfar (نگین کیانفر) (Born: 1969) is an Iranian director and dubbing voice actress, who voice dubs foreign films and television programs in Persian.
She was born in Tehran as she studied cinema in the Art university of Tehran, majoring in film direction. She works as a voice-dubbing actress for foreign feature films, television programs, and documentary projects for IRIB and private section since 1989. She is also a painter and she had 2 years course under supervision of master Aidin Aghdashlou and participated in many exhibitions at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art.
