Nepal National Library
The NNL is the legal deposit and copyright library for Nepal. It was established in January 1957. The library is located at Pulchowk near UNDP complex.

Government of Nepal purchased the entire collection of Royal Priest Pundit Hem Raj Pandey in 1956 and merged with the collection of Central Secretariat Library and named Nepal National Library (NNL) in 1957 January 2. At present the library has around 84,000 volumes of books, journals and other materials in different languages.
