Naoki Oka
Naoki Oka (岡 直樹 Oka Naoki) was an issei (first-generation Japanese-American) Japanese-language school teacher. Oka moved to the United States as a student. He supported the Japanese government's decision to cease issuing passports to picture brides, and exhorted the issei to adapt themselves into American society. His brother was socialist Shigeki Oka.[1]
