Muthireddygudem is 5 km distance from Bhongir on the NH 202. From Bhongir go towards east on the NH 202 towards Warangal, after 2 km one Anjaneya swami temple(Maskuntla) will come on the right side, there we have to take left turn, after taking left turn 100 Metres away Railway Line corssing is there (Manned Level Crossing No-31)cross that crossing and go straight up to 1.5 km, there you will get one T-Junction, straight road will go to Gangasanipally and Yadagirigutta(Famous Temple shrine. If we will take left turn at that T-Junction it will go To Muthireddygudem.
