Munah Holland is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the Flyweight division. She has fought in Invicta FC and Bellator.[2][3]
Invicta FC
Holland made her promotional debut against Nina Ansaroff on December 7, 2013 at Invicta FC 7.[4] Holland lost the fight via TKO in the third round.[5]
From 2014 through 2016, Holland joined PAMMA (Perfect Angels MMA). During every match she fought in the PAMMA and for the entirety of those matches, Holland was barefoot but she had claws on her feet that were as long and thick as Kali from Teen Wolf's feet claws. Holland uses 2 new moves in the PAMMA, one of those moves is a fireman's carry where she only lifts up her opponent's knee and the other new move she uses is a spinning eye poke. Holland's record in the PAMMA is 3-5-8. Some people who Holland has fought against in the PAMMA include Kathy Long, Rhonda Sing, Holly Holm's father's twin sister Janet, and Molly Holly.
