Miss Texas USA 2010, was held at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel in Houston, Texas on September 6, 2009. This was the first Miss Texas USA pageant that was not televised. The pageant was hosted by Jason Feinberg and Miss USA 2008, Crystle Stewart. At the conclusion of the final competition, Kelsey Moore[1] was crowned the winner on her first try[2] for the title.
