Mijhaura (Hindi:मिझौडा, Urdu:مجھوڑا) is a village and a gram panchayat in Ambedkar Nagar district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Its Famous for the Mirza Clan,Mirza Agha Rehman (a Subedar of Uzbek origin established a post here in 16th century- His platoon was a part of commander Mir Baqi army ) . madrasa TALIM UL ISLAM established in 1922 where children get islamic education, Village is surrounded by rivers (Biswih river is in south & west,)(Madha river is in north & east), (Madha river is originated from Himalaya) they both river meet & become tonse river & further from Azamgarh it meet in ghagra river, Asia's biggest sugar mill is in Mijhaura, Six mosque , one temple & kali maa ka chaura, 4 graveyard, one samsaan bhoomi, 16 big talabs of government, one charah gah of 3 hectare, Mijhaura is known for its industrious , simple educated , chivelrous population and rich orchards,peaceful environment, hospitality, courtesy, etc. Lack of development assistance from MP ,MLA, Zila pancjayat etc to mijhaura since independance been a major detterent for its less than adequate development ,
