Mian Muhammad Afzal Hayat of Kolian Shah Hussain, Gujrat District is an ex MPA & ex Chief Minister of Punjab from 1996 to 1997. He has also been the president of Acoba in Aitchison College. He is a Formanite. He joined Pakistan Tehreek e Inshaaf at 14 December 2011.
