Maximo de Meana y Guridi (ca. 1840 - ca. 1920) was a Spanish soldier and Mayor of Ponce, Puerto Rico from 1882 to 1884.
As a Spanish Army soldier, Maximo de Meana y Guridi held the rank of Lt. Colonel. He was also a professional architect, and is best known for having designed and built the historic Parque de Bombas firehouse in Ponce, Puerto Rico, in 1883 under assignment by the Spanish government.
