Mazhar Ali Azhar
Maulana Mazhar Ali Azhar (13 March 1895 – 4 November 1974)[1] was the founder and leader of Majlis-e-Ahrar-ul-Islam and a political figure in the history of Sub-Continent India. He was elected three times to the Punjab Assembly, serving from 1924–26 and 1934–45.[2] He also ran the Tehreek-e-Madh-e-Sahabah in Lakhnau India. Tehreek-e-Madh-e-Sahabah runs by Devbundi-Muslims
