MTN Syria (Arabic: شركة MTN السورية ) is one of the two mobile operators in Syria, , the other being Syriatel.[1] MTN Syria was previously known as "Areeba". It offers GSM and 3.5G broadband services. However, 3G services like Video Calls or streaming are not yet available on mobile phones.
