The Louisiana Culinary Institute is a for-profit 2-year college located in Baton Rouge[1] That offers Associate degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Culinary Management.[2] It formerly offered both diplomas and associate degrees.[3] In 2013, The Cooking Channel hosted a series of "The Freshman Class" program, at the institute, which followed four freshman through their studies.[4] In 2015, the Institute announced plans to build a new 8000 square foot annex.[5][6]
