This is a list of fictional humanoid alien species. Most aliens in fiction are humanoid if not human-like or part human, especially in live action TV series, because the actors are human and only require make-up or masks to appear alien.

Asgard Stargate SG-1 a highly advanced, fictional extraterrestrial race in the science fiction series Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. They are first mentioned in the episode "Thor's Hammer", and first seen in "Thor's Chariot". In the series, the Asgard gave rise to Norse mythology on Earth, as well as accounts of the Roswell "Greys".
Breen Star Trek The Breen homeworld is called Breen, according to the 1999 Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "'Til Death Do Us Part", and was said to be a frozen wasteland in "Indiscretion". However, in the 1999 episode "The Changing Face of Evil", it was stated by Weyoun that it is in fact rather temperate. Given Weyoun's untrustworthy nature, it is unclear which information should be believed. The Breen have no blood.[1]
Time Lord Doctor Who The Time Lords, also known as the Gallifreyans, are an ancient extraterrestrial race and civilisation of humanoids in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who, of which the series' protagonist, the Doctor, is a member.
Wraith Stargate Atlantis Life sucker predator from pegasus galaxy, main enemies of the show. They have biotechnology and use human as livestock.".

They appear in the game Shadow the Hedgehog, where they invaded Earth for search of the seven Chaos Emeralds, and are battled by the game's main character Shadow the Hedgehog, along with other characters. They are commonly referred to as "the black creatures", "black aliens" or even "terrorists" as the inhabitants of Earth do not know their real name.
Chozo Metroid Gamecube
Wii		 a mysterious and sage-like species featured throughout the Metroid series. The origins and age of the Chozo race and civilization are unknown, but they were once spread across several planets in the Metroid universe. Lore entries in Metroid Prime suggest that the race may have traveled to a higher plane of existence as opposed to dying out. The Chozo were extremely technologically advanced, but took pride in their elaborate statuary.
Elcor Mass Effect Xbox 360
PC		 Large, elephant-like aliens that speak in a slow, monotone fashion; Elcor evolved on Dekuuna, a large terrestrial world with consequently formidable gravity, forcing them to become extremely deliberate with their movements — any minor stumble could result in injury, if not death. Their large, heavy bodies are incapable of moving quickly, but they possess a rather imposing stature and immense strength, as well as thick, tough skin.
Jiralhanae Halo Xbox 360
PC		 physically taller and stronger than the Elites, with their society organized around tribal chieftains; The Brutes incorporated simian and ursine elements while retaining an alien look.[2] Brutes were meant to typify the abusive alien menace of the Covenant and in the words of design lead Jaime Griesemer, to serve as "barbarians in Rome".[3]
Markazian Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools Of Destruction PlayStation 3 Markazians are pointy-eared human-like extraterrestrials that first appeared in the game Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, they have pink skin (with darker patches in some areas of their bodies) and tails. Talwyn Apogee is the most recurring member of her kind, other Markazians include Max Apogee (Talywn's father), Vorn Garblak and the villainous Artemis Zogg.
Sylvari Guild Wars 2 PC The Sylvari of Tyria are not Humanely born. They come out of the so known "Pale Tree" of the tarnished coast of Tyria. Sylvari are Dreaming when they are inside the pale tree. When they are born, they are marked with all their knowledge in birth

Film

Ewok Return of the Jedi A fictional species of bipeds of teddy-bear-like hunter-gatherers that inhabit the forest moon of Endor. The Ewoks live in various tree-huts and primitive dwellings. The name is a pun on the syllables of Wookiee in reverse order.[4]
Predator Predator A fictional extraterrestrial species featured in the Predator science-fiction franchise, characterised by its trophy hunting of other dangerous species for sport. First introduced in 1987 as the main antagonist of the film Predator, the Predator creatures returned in the sequels Predator 2 (1990), and Predators (2010), as well as an appearance in the cross-over series "Aliens vs. Predator" in the films Alien vs. Predator (2004) and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007).
The Engineer Prometheus A fictional humanoid alien that appears in the so-called prequel or spin-off to Alien (1979), a film series that has crossed over with the Predator series. The protagonists of the film think its species were the creators of mankind but when they find the engineer, it plans to destroy humanity, though the film doesn't explain why. A sequel has been planned for a future release though the engineer's return has not yet been confirmed.

Gedd Animorphs: The Hork-Bajir Chronicles Gedds are described as being like 3-foot-tall (0.91 m) yellow-eyed monkeys. For no coherent biological reason, the Gedds evolved with webbed toes and two legs, one leg significantly shorter than the other, restricting them to an inefficient limp. Compared to humans, they are slow, weak, and nearly blind, but they are capable of accepting a Yeerk, they are numerous enough to be infested (relatively) easily, and offer a young Yeerk the magic of vision.
Trolls "Homestuck" Trolls are fictional aliens from the webcomic Homestuck. They are characterized as being humanoid with grey skin and having horns striped red, yellow, and orange. Troll society is based upon a ranking known as the hemospectrum, defining different trolls as being of higher or lower rank depending on blood color. As would be expected, many aspects of human culture are considered alien to trolls, such as Christianity (trolls have been shown to mispronounce "Jesus" as "Jegus", though trolls do not outright reject religion, as shown by a certain troll known as The Sufferer which several other trolls have followed the beliefs of) and the concept of families and human reproduction (trolls reproduce in an arguably more complicated manner, involving buckets and relationship types known as quadrants.)

Bothan Star Wars: Droids Bothans hail from the industrial Mid Rim planet of Bothawui, though they also populate various colony worlds like Kothlis and Torolis. Most Bothans stand about 5–6 ft. tall. They have tapered pointed ears, elongated heads, and a very few from both sexes have beards. Bothans are manipulative, crafty, suspicious, curious by nature, loyal, brave, and very smart. They developed their technology to travel among the stars millennia ago and are longstanding members of the galactic civilization.

The Bothans, in the galactic war, play the role of spies from the Rebel Alliance.

Doc's species Escape from Planet Earth Doc's species are mouse-like, having extremely large ears and others.
Gems Steven Universe Gems are magical extraterrestrial beings capable of many things, such as the ability to create bubbles, summon weapons, fuse with other Gems, and operate advanced technology. They are ageless, genderless, durable, agile, and strong. Although they are genderless, they are still able to take on characteristics of a certain gender. Thus far, all Gems take on a female appearance, except for Steven, who has a gender because he is part-human, part-gem. Gems in the past, however, used Earth's resources to create other gems, this however severely damaged the planet. Known Gems are Pearl, Rose Quartz, Garnet, Ruby, Sapphire, Amethyst, Opal, Sugilite, Alexandrite, Sardonyx, Rainbow Quartz, Jasper, Peridot, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Yellow Diamond, Corrupted Gems, and Cluster Gems. They each have a gem embedded on their bodies, that if shattered, kills the Gem. The Cluster Gems, however, are shards of shattered gems that have been forced together, resulting in the being formed, as having a mutant like appearance.
Io's species Escape from Planet Earth Io's species are cyclops-like, having a frill-like fragment on their heads, 1 eye, and others.
Irken Invader Zim The Irkens are an extraterrestrial race, originating from the planet Irk, bent on Imperial conquest. The Irken Social hierarchy is based on height and because of this, the "leaders" of the Irken Empire are known as The Almighty Tallest, when in actuality the Irken Empire is ruled by the Irken Control Brains.[5] Irkens are characterized by their green skin, red or purple eyes, antennae, and PAK system, which acts as a sort of identification tool as well as encoding the personality and role of the Irken.[6] The Irken Empire is an intergalactic empire consisting of the Irken home world, Irk, and other planets that have been conquered by the Irken Invaders.
Kweltikwan Lilo & Stitch Characterized by a large, rotund figure, four yellow eyes and a dark blue-ish/purple skin tones save for pink on their chest/stomachs, large wide mouths, blunted fangs and small noses. Jumba Jookiba is a Kweltikwan.
Kineceleran Ben 10 resembles a semi-armored velociraptor with wheel-shaped feet, scissor-like claws and wears a helmet with a windshield, which is a part of their alien biology, leaving the features of their heads unknown.
Memory Donk Bravest Warriors The Memory Donks are a species of "old-lady"-like beings that take away the memory of anyone around them. They appear to have two forms, the first being a short, hunched "old-lady" and the second being a giant humanoid monster with an "old-lady" haircut. They are ruled by President Memory Donk. [7]
Memorzian To Love-Ru Memorzians are born with a male and female living in the same body, though they have different personalities. Upon reaching adulthood, they split into two separate beings.

Tachyon Max Steel (2013 TV series) Tachyons are human like beings from the Planet Tachyon. They have the ability to generate Tachyon Unlimited Radiant Bio-Optimized (TURBO) Energy. Ja'em Mk'Rah linked with an Ultralink named N'Baro Adksteel X377 (Steel) able to use the TURBO Energy in new ways.

#346 Jul (1996)		 DC Comics notable for extreme violence. They first appeared as enemies of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th century. The Khunds controlled a vast galactic empire. In the 30th and the 31st centuries, their relationship with the United Planets has fluctated between uneasy détente and open warfare. When the U.P. first discovered the Khundian civilization, the Khunds responded by attempting to conquer Earth. They nearly succeeded with the assistance of Nemesis Kid, a saboteur whom they planted in the Legion of Super-Heroes. However, Nemesis Kid was exposed and the invasion was repelled.[8]
Kree Fantastic Four
#65 Aug (1967)		 Marvel Comics also known as the Ruul, are a scientifically and technologically advanced militaristic alien race in the fictional Marvel Universe. They are native to the planet Hala in the Large Magellanic Cloud.
Kryptonian Action Comics
#1 Jun (1938)		 DC Comics Members of the dominant species of the planet Krypton are indistinguishable from humans in terms of their physiology and psychology; though their genetics are much different and more complex. The cellular structure of Kryptonians allows for solar energy to be absorbed at extremely high levels. On the planet Krypton, whose sun was an ancient red supergiant with a relatively low energy output, their natural abilities were essentially the same as humans.
Kymellian Power Pack
#1 Aug (1984)		 Marvel Comics The Kymellians resemble humanoid horses. Centuries ago, the Kymellians experimented with a formula to generate energy from anti-matter, but it caused an explosion that destroyed their home planet, Kymellia. However, many Kymellians survived, probably because they already had developed interplanetary travel. Eventually, they created a new home for themselves, a huge artificial world they named Kymellia II.
Rigellians Thor
#131 Jul (1966)		 Marvel Comics native to Rigel-3 the third planet orbiting the star Rigel in the Milky Way Galaxy. Their first actual appearance was in Thor #129 which showed a disguised Rigellian named Tana Nile but their first appearance in their true forms was shown in Thor #131. It was later revealed that Dagan Shah had found Rigellian technology which he used to terraform a section of a desert in order to form his own country called Sharzhad.[9]
Trolls Homestuck
Act 5 Act 1		 TopatoCo Native to the planet Alternia (A2 universe), or Beforus (A1 universe). Mentioned in Acts 3 and 4, but not formally introduced until Act 5 Act 1. A waring race ruled by a power hungry empress, the Alternian Empire is said to accompany entire galaxies. It was revealed that it was them playing Sgrub that created the human B1 universe (The Human B2 universe was a result of the B1 Scratch, similar to Alternia(A2) being the result of a Scratch in A1 Beforus.)
