Land O' Lakes Flapjack Festival

Land O' Lakes Flapjack Festival is an annual tradition in the community of Land O' Lakes, Florida. It includes parade floats, a pageant, honorary mayor, and lots of pancake eating (including pancake eating contests).[1][2]
