Léon Moreau (13 July 1870 – 11 April 1946) was a French composer, second Prix de Rome for composition in 1899.

A teacher of piano and music writing in Brest, as well as a score composer for the silent era (1894-1929), he wrote saxophone pieces for Elise Hall.
