Konrad Guderski
Konrad Guderski (19 February 1900 - 1 September 1939) was a Polish engineer and military officer. He was the organizer and commander of the defense of the Polish Post Office in Danzig in the first hours of the German invasion of Poland, 1939. He died during the battle when a grenade he hurled at German soldiers exploded prematurely, killing him and several German attackers.
