Kitsman Raion (Ukrainian: Кіцманський район, Kicmanśkyj rajon) is an administrative raion (district) in the southern part of Chernivtsi Oblast in western Ukraine, on the Romanian border. The region has an area of 610 km² and 71,000 inhabitants, and centers on the city of Kitsman.
