Kentucky Route 240 (KY 240) is a 19.871-mile-long (31.979 km), rural, secondary, east–west state highway that traverses southern Warren County, and the northwestern part of Allen County in South Central Kentucky.
Route description
KY 240 begins at a junction with U.S. Route 68 (US 68) and KY 80 just into Warren County right near the Logan County line just east of South Union. It then intersects US 31W and then KY 884 in Woodburn.
It then crosses Interstate 65 (I-65) via an overpass before intersecting Plano Road (KY 622) just south of Plano. KY 240 enters northwestern Allen County before reaching its eastern terminus at a junction with US 231 in Allen Springs, which is located just about halfway between Bowling Green and Scottsville.
