Katherine “Kate” David Céspedes born October 22, 1988 in Bolivia in the town of San Ignacio de Velasco won the 2007 Miss Bolivia pageant. She was represented her country in the Miss Tourism Queen International 2008 and Miss Universe 2008 pageants but unplaced at all.[1]
