JoAnne A. Epps is an American law professor, legal author, and Provost of Temple University.[1] She has been named as a potential Barack Obama Supreme Court candidate.[2] Epps received a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and a J.D. from Yale Law School. Before becoming Temple's Provost, she served as Dean of Temple University Beasley School of Law from 2008-2016.
