James Randall "Jimmy" Rogers (born January 3, 1967 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) is former Major League Baseball pitcher. Rogers played for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1995. He batted and threw right-handed.
He was drafted by the Blue Jays in the 16th round of the 1986 amateur draft.
