Jeremy Goetzinger (born June 26, 1980) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey defenceman. He was selected by the Detroit Red Wings in the seventh round (198th overall) of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft.
Born in 1980 in Red Deer, Alberta, Goetzinger played in the Western Hockey League with the Prince Albert Raiders and Medicine Hat Tigers.[1] He also attended Red Deer College where he played Canadian collegiate hockey with the Red Deer College Kings during the 2001-02 season.
Goetzinger made his professional debut during the 2000–01 season playing four games with the Memphis RiverKings of the Central Hockey League. He resumed his professional career in 2002, playing three more seasons with the RiverKings before retiring from the pro ranks.
