Jeongseon (Jeongseon-gun) is a county in Gangwon Province, South Korea. It is famous as the hometown of "Jeongseon Arirang," a traditional Korean folksong. It is also the hometown of famous actor Won Bin and footballer Seol Ki-hyeon.

Attractions
High Resort 1, a ski resort, is located in Gohan Eup, Gangwonland, the only casino in Korea that is open to South Korean citizens, is also located nearby.[1] The resort at 1,345 meters is at the highest altitude of the Korean ski resorts.[2]

- 2018 Winter Olympics: the Alpine Skiing venue will be located at the Jeongseon Alpine Centre in Jungbong, Bukpyeong Township of Jeongseon.
