Bradberry was selected 62nd overall by the Carolina Panthers. On May 10, 2016, Bradberry signed a 4-year, $3.69 million contract with the Panthers. It also includes a $1.08 million signing bonus with $1.71 million guaranteed.[4]

He opened the 2016 NFL season as one of the starting cornerbacks, opposite veteran Bene Benwikere. After Julio Jones had over 300 receiving yards over the Carolina Panthers on October 2, 2016, Benwikere was surprisingly released. This made Bradberry the official starting cornerback among a group of rookies cornerbacks that also includes Daryl Worley and Zack Sanchez. [5]
