Ivan Adžić (Serbian Cyrillic: Иван Аџић; born 21 June 1973) is a Serbian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.
After finishing his playing career, Adžić was assistant manager to Ratko Dostanić and Walter Zenga at Red Star Belgrade from 2004 to 2006. He also spent one season as manager of Rudar Pljevlja. Subsequently, Adžić served as the director of football at Red Star Belgrade for two and a half years between 2009 and 2011.[1]
