Iosif Ladislau Kalai (Hungarian: Kállai József László) (born 1 January 1980) is a Romanian football player of Hungarian ethnicity. He currently plays for FCM Bacău as a central defender. Kalai previously played for Inter Petrila, Jiul Petroşani and Politehnica Iaşi, in the first three football leagues of Romania.
