The ISAF Sailing World Championships have been held every four years since 2003 organized by International Sailing Federation (ISAF). They are the combined Class World Championships for all the disciplines of the next Olympic Sailing Competition.[1]
The championships are used as the first of two qualifying events for Countries to gain their place to compete at the Summer Olympics Sailing Competition. As such, these Championships have much added significance.
