I'm Hip (Please Don't Tell My Father) is a jazz album released by American guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and bandleader John Pizzarelli, billed as John Pizzarelli Jr. at the time of release. Recorded and released in May 1983, it was Pizzarelli's debut studio album as a solo musician.

Writing two decades after the album's release, Scott Yanow of Allmusic commented that Pizzarelli "never had a strong voice, but his charm and likable personality usually overcame his vocal shortcomings"'. He concluded the album was "[a]n interesting early effort."[2]
