Hyman Whitcover

Not to be confused with Hyman Witcover.

Hyman C. Whitcover was an architect in the United States. He worked from Savannah, Georgia and designed the Old Effingham County Courthouse (Georgia).[1] He also designed Savannah City Hall (1910)[2] He also designed the Old Judicial Building (1926) at 445 Dexter Avenue in Alabama as a Scottish Rite Temple.[3]
