Hugh H. Rowatt
Hugh Howard Rowatt (August 17, 1861 - 1938) was a Canadian bureaucrat with the Department of Interior, who was author of the Report with Respect to the Yukon Territory in 1907. He was later appointed as Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, Canada from 1931 to 1934 who, at the age of 69, remains the oldest person to ever be sworn into the office. [1]
