Shiho's seahorse (Hippocampus sindonis) is a species of fish in the Syngnathidae family. It is endemic to the coastal waters of Japan, with an individual sighting reported in South Korea in 2013.[2] This species reaches a length of ca. 8 cm.[3] It was listed by the IUCN Red List as Vulnerable in 1996 and Data Deficient in 2003, but was later reclassified as Least Concern.[1]
