High Council of Regency
The High Council of Regency was a political body which ruled Principality of Albania from 30 January 1920 until 31 January 1925. Its members were:
1. 30 January 1920 - 25 December 1921:
- Aqif Pashë Biçaku (1860/1861 – 1926)) (to 22 December 1921)
- Luigj Bumçi (1872-1945) (to 22 December 1921)
- Abdi Bey Toptani (1864-1942)
- Mihal Turtulli (1847–1935)
2. 25 December 1921 - 31 January 1925:
- Omer Pashë Vrioni (1839-1928) (to 22 January 1922)
- Ndoc Pistulli (?-?) (to 22 January 1922)
- Sotir Peci (1873-1932)
- Refik Bej Toptani (?-?)
- Xhafer Ypi (1880-1940) (from 2 December 1922)
- Gjon Çoba (?-?) (from 2 December 1922)
From 2 July 1924 until 24 December 1924, Fan Noli was acting for the High Council.[1]
