Yingyuan Road campus is the location of 3 famous old academies in Guangzhou. Science City campus located on Suyuan Hill, it is said that a famous Chinese poet Su Shi was lived there when he was travelling to Lingnan.[1]

Yingyuan Road is the campus of junior high school, which is a day school. It is on the south slope of Yuexiu Hill, where is the location of 3 famous old academies in Guangzhou. It was the only campus of school before the established of Science City campus, now it is also recognised as the main campus of the school.
Yingyuan Campus
The full name of it is Yingyuan Campus, Guangzhou No.2 High School (Simplified Chinese: 广州市越秀区二中应元学校), it is a state-owned voluntary senior high school which is a day school. The name is from Yingyuan Road.
Suyuan Campus
The full name of it is Suyuan Campus, Guangzhou No.2 High School (Simplified Chinese: 广州市二中苏元实验学校), it is a state-owned voluntary senior high school which is a boarding school and a day school. The name is from the nearby Suyuan Hill, where the Science City Campus on.
Science City Campus(Junior High School Campus)
Science City campus is the campus of junior high school, which is a boarding school. It is built on Suyuan Hill in Guangzhou Science City, it is said that a famous Chinese poet Su Shi was lived there when he was travelling to Lingnan
