Greatest Hits is a greatest hits compilation by American pop punk band Good Charlotte. The album was released on November 5, 2010, through the band's former label Sony Music, with no involvement from the band, just compiling all of the band's 16 singles from the band's first 4 albums, from their years signed to Sony Music/Epic Records, before singing with Capitol Records in 2010, to release their latest album Cardiology.
On January 31, 2011, the album was also released in the US, after being only available in Australia. On February 16, 2011, it was also released in Japan, with 3 bonus tracks.
