Gharib
Gharib (in Arabic and in Persian قريب) means : Known/Familiar. While Gharib (غريب) which written differently, means strange or stranger. Persians have the same pronunciation for the two words in Persian, as they originally didn't have this pronunciation of Arabic "Q" in Persian
