Anna Gianelli de Belen-Rivera, more popularly known as Gelli de Belen (born 26 May 1973) is a Filipina actress and former child star.
Early life
Born Anna Gianelli de Belen, she is the younger sister of actress and television presenter Janice de Belen.[1][2] De Belen began her career in show business at the age of eight.
On March 19, 2016, her mother Susan de Belen, died of cardiac arrest at the age of 71.
Awards
The film Gagay: Prinsesa ng brownout has earned her a Best Actress Nomination in the Manila Film Festival. In 1995, Gelli won the Gawad Urian Award for Best Actress for her role of Sarah Jane Salazar in the movie The Secrets of Sarah Jane: Sana'y Mapatawad Mo, a film about the true-to-life story of AIDS victim Sarah Jane Salazar.
