Fred Brown was an Australian rugby league player from the 1940s.
Fred Brown played centre-three quarter in first grade at St George Dragons for three seasons between 1945-1947, including the 1946 Grand Final. After sitting out the 1948 season, he return for one season at Balmain Tigers in 1949 before retiring. [1]
