Frank Alexis Pérez Cepeda (born 10 July 1964) is a Dominican Republic male weightlifter, competing in the 105 kg category and representing Dominican Republic at international competitions. He participated at the 1988 Summer Olympics in the 82.5 kg event. He competed at world championships, most recently at the 1999 World Weightlifting Championships.[1]
