FK Balkan (Macedonian: ФК Балкан) was a football club based in the city of Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.

History

The club was founded in 1921.[1]

They have played seven seasons in the Macedonian First League and finished third on two occasions, back in 1992–93 and 1993–94.

In 2012, the club was dissolved for the financial reasons.

The main club rival was Sloga Jugomagnat, who shared with them the ground. Interestingly, another club was dissolved in 2009 after was expelled due to boycotting the two games in the Macedonian First League.
